Domestic (India)

We want you to love what you ordered!

If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at contactus@tucktribe.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and product photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund once your return is verified.

Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and unworn items with original tags and packaging.

Return pickup is free for eligible orders within India.
International Orders

Due to international shipping costs and customs processes, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at contactus@tucktribe.com with photos.

We’ll work with you to issue a partial refund or replacement, depending on the issue.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method:

PhonePe / UPI / Card for domestic orders

PayPal for international orders

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days:

Check your bank or PayPal account again.

Contact your payment provider; it may take some time before the refund appears officially.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for size issues within India.
